New Delhi: The Delhi government has announced that, starting November 1, commercial goods vehicles registered outside Delhi that do not comply with BS-VI emission standards will be barred from entering the national capital.
This move follows the directives of the Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM), aimed at curbing rising pollution levels in Delhi.
However, the restriction will be implemented in phases, BS-IV commercial vehicles will continue to be allowed entry until October 31, 2026, as part of a transitional arrangement. There will be no restrictions on Delhi-registered........
