What is silent acidity’? How office stress, coffee, irregular meals cause indigestion
New Delhi: In clinics today, a growing number of young, otherwise healthy professionals describe the same set of symptoms—bloating by mid-day, a burning sensation that comes and goes, unexplained nausea, or a heavy feeling after meals. Many don’t label it as acidity because it doesn’t always look dramatic.
