Chennai: The Chennai Meteorological Department has issued a heavy rainfall warning for nine districts across Tamil Nadu today, attributing the wet spell to an atmospheric circulation prevailing over the interior parts of the state. The forecast predicts continued rainfall activity in the region until November 11th.
