New Delhi: Despite strong speculation, Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli were not included in the India A squad as Rajat Patidar and Tilak Varma are set to lead the team for the three-match one-day series against Australia A, starting at Green Park Stadium in Kanpur on September 30.

Patidar will captain the side in the first one-day match at Green Park Stadium, while Tilak will take over for the second and third games on October 3 and 5, with Patidar serving as vice-captain.
