Patna: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar is finding himself in the eye of a political storm after a video showing him pulling the hijab off a Muslim woman doctor during an official appointment ceremony in the state capital on Monday went viral on the internet.

The incident took place at a programme organised in Patna to distribute appointment letters to 1,283 newly recruited AYUSH doctors, including practitioners of Ayurveda, Homoeopathy and Unani medicine.
