New Delhi: Amazon India’s Great Indian Festival 2025 has started on an explosive note. In just the first 48 hours, the company says it delivered more than 80 lakh products to Prime members across the country. That’s a staggering scale of movement, especially when you consider that a large chunk of these orders were shipped to tier 2 and tier 3 cities.
From smartphones and laptops to air fryers and groceries, the mix of orders this time shows how people are spending not just on basics but also on aspirational products.
Amazon revealed that the event registered over 38 crore customer visits in just two days, the highest ever on its platform in India. Interestingly, more than 70 percent of these came from outside the top metros.
