Chamoli: The much-awaited AstroWeek Season 3 has begun at Astro Village Benital, Uttarakhand’s first Astrovillage. This four-day astronomical festival, running from November 21 to 24, promises visitors a unique chance to witness the wonders of the night sky while learning about astronomy and photography.

The festival is being organized for the third consecutive year, making Benital a hub for astro-tourism. Located about 30 km from Karnaprayag, the village has been developed under the 13 Districts 13 Destination program of the Tourism Department. With an investment of Rs 5 crore, the site is being transformed into a special destination for skywatchers and tourists.
