Mumbai: The stock markets recorded volatile sessions on November 13, 2025, Thursday. The BSE Sensex settled ended with marginal gain of 12.16 points at 84,478.67. Intraday, the 30-share barometer touched a high of 84,919.43 and a low of 84,253.05. The NSE Nifty ended the session slightly up with just 3.35 points at 25,879.15.

The stock markets’ three-day rally stopped today as lacklusture sentiment across global equity markets fuelled the outflow of foreign capital.

The Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) continued to sell equities in the domestic market. FIIs sold equities worth worth Rs 1,750.03 crore on Wednesday, exchange data showed. Meanwhile, Domestic institutional investors (DIIs) continued with their buying spree and pumped in Rs 5,127.12 crore to buy equities.

Vinod Nair, Head of Research, Geojit Investments Ltd, said profit booking led to the dropping of the markets.
