New Delhi: Big news for stock market investors! The government is expected to abolish the three big laws of the old era and introduce a brand new and easy law. Its name is Securities Market Code Bill 2025. This bill will be introduced in the Winter session of Parliament starting from 1 December.

This new law includes the SEBI Act 1992, the Depository Act 1996 and the Securities Contract (Regulation) Act 1956. Combining these three old laws, only one law will be made.
