Dummy day-care scam: Letters to the Editor — Jan. 2, 2026

No one can tell any right-thinking American that Gov. Tim Walz knew nothing about these outrages (“Walz ‘turned a blind eye’ to suspicions: pol,” Dec. 30).

I suggest that Walz be removed from office and held accountable, and that Rep. Ilhan Omar and other Somali scam­mers should be denaturalized and deported back to Somalia.

There better be action taken to protect our country, the tax-paying citizens and our way of life.

After Minnesota, the next time someone in the news on the left or right says something like “we have to act in order to protect ‘our democracy,’ ” the rest of us owe it to ourselves to consider the possibility that the “democracy” they mean is one that uses taxpayer dollars to appease groups of voters who tend to cast ballots as they’re told.
