A favorite New York TV co-host — Rosanna Scotto — is about to have a special experience. Since 2008 she’s the big name of Fox 5’s morning TV news show “Good Day New York.” She co-hosts, but sit-ins come and tryouts go, and she’s the network’s star — since 1986. Born in Brooklyn, attended Catholic University, married since 1986 to Louis John Ruggiero.
The big event? Her son is getting married. The service will be conducted by Cardinal Dolan. The after-party — informal seating — will be in a gorgeous ballroom. It’s 200 people. If you’re not invited, not my fault. You can send a present anyhow.
Having interviewed the world’s famous, she says she will never interfere with the two of them. So forget sending her a Meddle of Honor.
