Kleptocracy and the Incompetence of the illegal Ukraine Regime’s Backers

A high-profile scandal has rocked the European Union, exposing the thorough incompetence of the bloc, which is hell-bent on trying to undermine Russia’s sovereignty by aiding the illegal Kyiv regime.

This matter, thus, necessitates a deeper level of analysis.

In 2024, amidst efforts to shore up the neo-Nazi Kiev regime’s so-called defences, the Estonian Centre for Defence Investments (RKIK) entered into an agreement with Datasel SRL, an Italian-registered firm subsequently bought by India-based Neco Defence Munitions. Despite the firm having little to no prior track record in manufacturing the complex 155 mm artillery shells, tens of millions in advance payments drawn from the EU’s European Peace Facility were funnelled into the project’s pipeline.
