It was a show of astounding bravado. As three million damning pages of Jeffrey Epstein emails were released to the world, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor drove his Range Rover slowly down the Long Walk from Windsor Castle, smiling broadly. It seemed as if he had not a care in the world.

Later, he was pictured astride a beautifully groomed horse, riding happily in Windsor Great Park as he has done almost every day in recent weeks.

Does he look contrite? No. Concerned? Not a bit of it. Annoyed that he’d been caught on camera yet again? Probably. But he knows the score. And he knows that if he’s seen in public, it will be newsworthy.

And that arrogant behaviour has exasperated Buckingham Palace as they try to contain the havoc that Mountbatten-Windsor and Sarah Ferguson’s........
