Two federal research and development programs that have infused billions of dollars into fledgling companies and are responsible for modern inventions like GPS were revived by lawmakers earlier this week.
The House on Tuesday reauthorized the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program and the Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) program on Tuesday, extending both programs by five years up until September 30, 2031. The........
