Don’t get this writer started on the topic of email. For me it’s a disaster, an impossible task, wading through many hundreds of potentially valuable leads every day. Inevitably, I miss important things in the throng. But a new study shows that inside companies in other industries, the email problem has gotten equally difficult, if not worse, with people deliberately dodging or delaying reacting to important messages. And Gen-Z may be mistreating digital documents and emails the worst.
