Is your company prepared for Super Sick Monday? That’s the day employees tend to call in sick to, ahem, “recover” from Super Bowl festivities the day before.
Research from software development company UKG predicts that 26.3 million American workers will call in sick on Monday—which would set a new record in the 20 years the company has measured Super Sick Monday. That absenteeism is projected to cost U.S. employers $5.2 billion in lost work and productivity.........
