Apple Support Finally Called Me Back. Then I Sat on Hold for 2 Hours

In the amount of time I’ve been waiting on hold for Apple Support, I washed all the dishes that had piled up in our sink since our dishwasher broke, mowed my lawn, listened to most of an episode of ATP (not a brief listen), and wrote most of this article. It’s not that I’m a world-class multitasker. It’s just that you can get a lot done when you’re on hold for more than 2 hours waiting to talk........
