Welcome to the show. Ya know, my parents was introduced by a matchmaker 45 years ago in International Falls. It worked for them. Still crazy about each other. When they was datin’, my pa carved their names in a tree. Oh jeez. Makes me wonder how many people bring a knife on a date besides O.J. Simpson.

My pa told me he never goes to sleep angry at my ma. They stay awake and fight it out with boxin’ gloves. The only marriage that could be better than my parents is if a deaf man married a blind woman. Today my guest is Slenderville matchmaker Sadie Struthers.
