Exclusive: Labour Minister Claims Farage 'Cannot Be Trusted' On World Stage

Nick Thomas-Symonds has claimed Nigel Farage “cannot be trusted” on the world stage.
The paymaster general and minister for EU relations slammed the Reform UK leader for U-turning over the UK’s participation in the Iran war.
He also hit out at Tory leader Kemi Badenoch and Green Party boss Zack Polanski in an exclusive interview with HuffPost UK while on a visit to Brussels.
Farage said at the beginning of March that the UK “should do all we can” to support the US and Israeli bombing of Iran.
He soon changed his mind as energy prices started to climb due to Iran’s blockade of the the major oil shipping lane, the Strait of Hormuz.
Farage ended up claiming the UK does not “have a Navy” and “cannot get involved directly in another foreign war”.
