Jennifer Lawrence has claimed she lost out on a role in Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon A Time In Hollywood for not being “pretty enough”.
In the mid-2010s, it was widely rumoured that the Oscar winner was in consideration to play Sharon Tate in the most recent Tarantino movie, a role which ended up going to Margot Robbie.
During an appearance on the podcast Happy Sad Confused last week, Jen was asked if it was true that the award-winning filmmaker had wanted her to play Sharon Tate in his movie.
“Well, he did,” she responded. “And then everybody was like, ‘She’s not pretty enough to play Sharon Tate’.
