Erin Doherty has admitted that her loose tongue while accepting awards hasn’t always gone down very well with her mum.
Last year, the Adolescence star made headlines when she picked up an Emmy for her performance in the hard-hitting Netflix drama, only to drop an F-bomb in the middle of her acceptance speech.
“Thank you to the academy and you’re all fucking stunning,” the British actor said as she departed the stage, with the ceremony’s producers managing to censor the comment before it went out live.
During her appearance on Friday’s edition of The Graham Norton Show, Erin admitted: “My mum told me off for swearing.........
