My Herald colleague Neil Mackay called my generation the most boring in history and said we don't know how to party.

He was particularly triggered by the use of the phrase “unc” coined by Gen Alpha for anyone over 30. This term was birthed on the social media app TikTok for anyone deemed outdated or old. In true Gen Z style, I have something to say.
