Middle East grocery chain Lulu Retail sill start trading on the Abu Dhabi bourse on November 14.

Lulu Retail Holdings—a Middle East hypermarket chain founded by Indian billionaire M.A. Yusuff Ali—plans to raise up to 5.3 billion dirhams ($1.4 billion) in what will be the United Arab Emirates’ biggest IPO this year.
