AI/R Group, a digital services company, is aiming to go public next year.
AI/R Group, a digital services conglomerate that helps corporate clients deploy AI tools, is planning a public market debut for the second half of 2025.
The company was born out of Compass UOL, a Brazilian tech outsourcing firm for software development founded in 1996. In 2020, Compass began acquiring several digital services companies, including AvenueCode, a consultancy that helps clients with building AI and infrastructure tools; Everymind, which implements tools for businesses on the Salesforce platform; and Webjump, which focuses on building on Adobe’s enterprise e-commerce platform. In April, it rebranded as AI/R Group, short for AI Revolution, and established a holding company for its six subsidiaries.
Alexis Rockenbach, CEO of AI/R Group and founder of Compass, told Forbes the conglomerate has made some $350 million in revenue this year, up from more than $250 million in 2023. He said the company is profitable, but declined to provide additional detail. AI/R Group has been looking to go public for a while, Rockenbach said, but only now felt the business was large enough to do so. “This has been building as the next step for the last two years,” he said.
