This past November, the Pew Research Center published some really interesting data about American attitudes towards aging. Specifically, the research compared and contrasted how Americans expect to experience aging versus how we're actually aging and found a notable divide in perception and expectations. Nearly half of adults ages 65 and older said they are aging extremely or very well, but only 30% of those younger than 65 expect to age similarly well. Another part........
