Malaysian casino billionaire Lim Kok Thay’s Genting is increasing its investment in a floating liquified natural gas (FLNG) project in Indonesia by 33% to $1.3 billion as it seeks to accelerate the transition from coal.

Genting’s PT Layar Nusantara Gas will spend additional $315 million to link its $962.8 million FLNG facility in Indonesia’s West Papua to a pipeline and onshore gas processing plant, Kuala Lumpur-based Genting said in a statement on........
