Pavani Sibal does not fit neatly into any single category and that is precisely what makes her leadership as CEO of AOI India and Professor of Legal Practice at O.P. Jindal Global University so compelling. She represents a blend of legal precision, global perspective, emotional intelligence, and grounded simplicity. In a world that often rewards noise, her strength lies in quiet clarity; in an era of excess, she embodies thoughtful minimalism. Yet beneath that composed exterior is a life rich with movement, ambition, and deep human connection.

Her story begins in London, a city that shaped both her intellectual rigor and her cultural openness. Educated in some of the most respected institutions, Pavani pursued her LLB at King’s College London, followed by the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in London. These formative years did more than train her in law, they sharpened her ability to think critically, negotiate strategically, and approach problems with both structure and creativity. But Pavani did not stop there. Driven by a curiosity about the forces shaping global systems, she went on to earn a Master’s degree in International Relations from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. Before stepping into her current leadership role, Pavani built a formidable career as General Counsel for key business units of GE and Theolia in India.
