POSITIVE VIBES: Positive about being sorry
Saying I’m sorry may be hard for some people, but “I’m sorry” has several positive effects, such as, but not limited to:
Promoting empathy: Which helps build and maintain healthy relationships.
Showing you take responsibility: This leads to personal growth and self-awareness, as you recognize your mistakes and work to avoid repeating them in the future.
