Green bin rules make no sense

Peter Lowe’s letter to the Express & Star published on  February 20 is so right and spot on regarding bin collections in the winter months.

I look up and down our street.

Every time the green bin is due to be collected and guess what, it’s spot the green bin, there isn’t one.

I said this at the time Dudley Council were introducing collections in the winter and putting the cost up to £56 pounds. It’s a rip off.

As Peter Lowe as suggested, give us a choice as to whether we want our bin collected in the winter months and let us pay accordingly.

I haven’t put my green bin out for three months.
