Premier Doug Ford has reversed course and will back away from imposing retroactive provincial funding cuts on municipal public health, ground ambulance and child-care programs.

Ford announced Monday that he has listened and agrees that municipalities are having difficulty with retroactive cuts, saying: “We are giving them more runway.”
