Sapphire's Café and Bakery in Mildenhall has announced it will be cutting down its operating days to just three per week as a way to manage increasing costs.

From September 1, the bakery will be open only on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, from 10am to 6pm.

The owner, Yasmin Whybrow, who opened the café in 2023, shared the news on social media, saying: "The last couple of months have been incredibly difficult.

"Like so many small businesses in hospitality, we’re feeling the pressure of rising costs........
