Lignacite - based at Brandon - says it wants to sustainably power a British building boom with its new ECO range of concrete blocks.
The new-style Lignacite ECO 50 and Lignacite ECO 70 blocks are made of 50% and 70% recycled materials.

They comprise recycled sand and wood particles among other ingredients. The firm says this means a 70% reduction in carbon compared to its Lignacite Standard blocks.
