Man loses fight against council to build row of houses in Norfolk village |
Tarachand Dass had hoped to build four homes on land east of Short Lane at Happisburgh Common in Happisburgh.
He submitted the plans to North Norfolk District Council earlier this year, which included new car passing places on the road and said it would “benefit the wider community”.
