Couple fight for dog excercise site after plans thrown out over barking concerns |
Caroline Cluley and Andrew Hyam had wanted to use a field off Mill Lane in East Runton, near Cromer, as a dog exercise site with a new shelter and store building.
The plans were refused by North Norfolk District Council, which feared it would cause "significant noise and disturbance from barking dogs" and would be "detrimental to highway safety".
So now, the pair have appealed their case to the Planning Inspectorate - a government body which rules over planning disputes.
