Police close case into cannabis factory after failing to find suspects |
Officers discovered 40 cannabis plants and £40,000 worth of the drug, as well as hydroponics equipment, at the former Cat and Fiddle pub on Magdalen Street, Norwich, after the property caught fire last June.
