Vasiila Pascau, 45, had been charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm (ABH).
The victim suffered a complex open-nose fracture in the attack which happened on December 8 last year.
He was punched repeatedly by Pascau who also picked up a piece of wood during the attack on Carterford Drive, Old Catton.........
