Man appears in court charged with drink driving after fatal Norwich crash |
Nicolae Brica had been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and driving with excess alcohol.
It came after two male pedestrians were struck by a car in Barrack Street at around 1.20am on Christmas Eve.

One of the pedestrians died at the scene, while the other was taken by ambulance to the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital with serious but not life-changing injuries.
