'Paint pot gang' use tiny containers to flood Norfolk town with cocaine |
The group - working for the so-called Jimmy line - filled the containers before passing them to runners who handed them on to addicts throughout Thetford.
Four members of the gang - Chris Overton, 34, Ashley Holloway, 32, Luke Jeffries, 29, and Chelsea Archer, 45 - were jailed for a combined total of more than 20 years when appearing at Norwich Crown Court this week.
The group supplied more than 2.85kg of the class A drug over an 18 month period from May 2023.
The court heard that the gang's mobile phone line, which addicts used to request drugs, received more than 100 calls a day.

The court was told that Overton avoided getting involved in the day-to-day drop-offs but "orchestrated" deliveries.
Oliver Haswell, prosecuting, said the gang used a "marketing line" which sent advertisements promoting the sale of class A drugs.
The adverts were sent out to drug users who responded placing orders on a different number.
