Country fair that attracts thousands of visitors returning to historic estate

The East Anglian Game and Country Fair will be taking place at Euston Estate, near Ixworth and Thetford, on Saturday, April 25 and Sunday, April 26.

The two-day event is packed full of activities including shows, competitions and 'have a go' opportunities.

It is estimated that there were around ten thousand visitors at the fair in 2025, with many people making the most of the sunshine and hot weather.

Headlining the main arena this year is JCB Dancing Diggers, who will be combining JCB machinery with choreographed moves set to music.

The group will be performing twice per day.

Other main arena acts include horse boarding UK championships, world and European casting champion Hywel Morgan, and Fens Falconry.

'Have a go' activities include clay shooting, axe throwing, archery and the Family Fun Dog Show with a range of classes for £1.

There will also be the game fair country kitchen, live music, a fishing village and a shopping area.
