Pop-up restaurant's dreams of opening permanent venue could be scuppered |
Fat Cow, which offers burgers and ice creams, hopes to expand its operations at a meadow in Thorpland Road, near Fakenham.
The firm wants to create a restaurant and an adjoining farm shop, with separate toilet facilities, a bar, two polytunnels and car parking.
