Divers work to recover sunken vessel in the Norfolk Broads
A team of divers have been investigating the wreck near Reedham before attempting to raise it.
Boaters have been warned to approach the area, located about 800m upstream from the swing bridge, with caution to avoid affecting the salvage operation.
A Broads Authority (BA) spokesman said the vessel had been moored on the bank but got "hung up during a period of high water and unfortunately sank".

"The owner was unable to recover it and so we issued a Sunken Vessel Notice to allow us to do so," he added.
"The vessel sank before Christmas, but as it required specialist kit, it has taken the BA until now to arrange the kit necessary to recover it."

In the past 18 months, there have been two other wrecks along the River Yare close to Reedham.
The other vessels sank further downstream, one near to the Berney Arms pub and another near Polkey's Mill, together costing £72,000 to remove.
Those sinkings led to this stretch of the river becoming known as the 'Bermuda Triangle of the Broads'.
The number of boats sinking in the Norfolk Broads has become a growing problem in recent years, which is adding to the financial costs faced by the BA.
