Council facing tribunal hearings over second home tax premium |
Great Yarmouth Borough Council has faced two hearings and is awaiting a third in March after imposing the levy last year.
The policy, which the council could introduce for the first time last April, aims to address issues caused by high numbers of holiday homes in some communities.
