Tributes to 'sunny' man who drowned despite heroic Norfolk river rescue |
Vadims Ivanovs died at the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital on December 29 last year after being pulled from the Wensum in the centre of Norwich by an off-duty police officer nine days earlier.
He is understood to have been dragged from the water near St James' Quay at around 12.30pm on December 20.

Tributes have now been paid to Mr Ivanovs, who was born in Latvia and lived in Ditchingham, near Bungay, at the time of his death.
