Great Yarmouth Borough Council (GYBC) has accepted a proposal to convert the office on the first and second floors of 9 Queen Street into a two-bedroom flat.

The plans, submitted by Lewes Workspace LTD, will see the ground floor of the Grade II-listed building divided to create two studio spaces designed for small businesses.
