Hotel with 16 bedrooms could be transformed into housing

Hammond Property Developments had lodged a planning application to turn the Raynscourt Lodge on Euston Road into three apartments.

The changes would lead to the creation of a one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom homes, each accompanied with a garage.
