Girl with life-changing condition set to compete in national championships |
Jess O'Connor, 17 and from Great Yarmouth, is poised to participate in the UK Aerial Performance Championships in Kent next month.
Her appearance comes less than two years after she was diagnosed with postural tachycardia syndrome (PoTS), a chronic illness which involves your heart rate increasing very quickly after getting up from sitting or lying.
