Village holiday lets scheme scrapped after 'considerable concerns' raised |
An application was put forward by Robert Bale for the site on Nowhere Lane in Sparham, near Dereham.
But the village's local authority expressed fears about drainage and highway safety.
A spokesman for Sparham Parish Council said: "This site will now have 12 holiday lets, each sleeping up to six people, within a two acre site that will mostly be buildings or hard-standing, with surface water run-off.
"This will result in further flooding issues, in addition to the existing problems of surface and foul........
