Plans to convert stable building into office space scrapped after traffic concerns

The plans would have seen a main open-plan office and private office/meeting room created on land near Heath Barn on Norwich Road.

The ditching of the plans follows concerns that were raised by Norfolk County Council in relation to highways issues and the impact on traffic in the area.

The council argued that the proposal would intensify the use of an existing access onto the A1607 by motorists.
