Plans for new homes in Norfolk village refused due to 'poor living conditions'

The application for the development had been put forward by a Ms M Fletcher for land at Street Farm on The Street in Foxley.

The proposals involved one replacement dwelling, one barn conversion, and three new-build properties, each with private access and parking.
