It follows a flurry of objections from locals towards the development on land at Grange Farm in Etling Green.

The proposals, put forward by NR20 Developments, would have seen two three-bed and four-bed properties on the land.

A total of 14 letters of objection were received from neighbours and locals, who described the plans as "inappropriate".
